They are intended for the picking up and pressing of mowed herbage of any moisture from rolls or swaths into cylindrical rolls with a high pressing density.
- Presses any mass regardless of moisture (haylage, silage, hay from annual and perennial grasses, straw and flax on gaskin);
- The baling machine has a constant pressing chamber with a diameter of 1.5 m with an endless pressing conveyor;
- The baling machine has a stacker, which creates a non-stop flow of the pressed mass into the pressing chamber, which helps to obtain rolls of the correct cylindrical shape;
- The conveyor chamber is simple and inexpensive to maintain and repair;
- The conveyor is tensioned by a spring unit and does not require frequent adjustments. This embodiment does not allow attenuation at chamber opening and rupture when the conveyor is abruptly turned on;
- Reinforced stacker with a two rods system and balancers allow to increase the speed and reliability of the unit on a wide picker with a “clean” size of 2 meters;
- Three safety couplings provide safety of nodes when hit by external objects;
- Improved balancing mechanism on pickers, allows one to work at maximum speeds while maintaining the integrity of the pick-up elements;
- The roll forming process and, in particular, roll density control is carried out by means of a manometer and adjusting the auto-feed directly on it, which allows the operator to pay more attention to controlling the tractor and not to monitor the pressure;
- The remote control system is combined into one electric control panel with an indication of the automatic feed operation and the ability to manually start bundling. The choice of the bundling method with a net or twine is also carried out from the remote control;
- The elongated ejector provides a roll throwing range and does not give it a chance to stay under the bale chamber cover, even on uneven fields, this allows not to move back when unloading;
- Ability to install an automatic chain lubrication system.
