HEAVY DISC HOEING PLOUGH WITH HEAVY TANDEM ROLLER, MASTER
The heavy disk hoeing ploughMaster is designed for: cutting weeds, chopping and planting crop residues, including thick-stalked row crops, loosening and cultivating the soil for sowing, leveling, and rolling the surface. The machine is used for soil cultivation of various mechanical composition, with moisture up to 35%. The operating speed of this unit is up to 20 km/h.
- Strong and powerful spatial frame consisting of 4 - 5 beams located at different angles.
- Quick adjustment of the working depth from 3 to 15 cm by selecting removable clips on the hydraulic cylinder rod.
- Individual fastening of disks to the frame with elastic rubber dampers with a diameter of 50 mm on a beam with a cross-section of 100x100 mm: they serve as a safety mechanism in case of a collision with obstacles, and also prevents clogging under conditions of overwatering.
- Heavy tandem roller with single-row spring harrow: soil lumps destruction, rolling, alignment, and destruction of capillaries.
- A single-row spring harrow destroys the crest formed between the rings of the last roller and prevents the formation of capillaries.
- Simple maintenance due to the maintenance-free hub of the working body.
