WIDE SEWING CULTIVATOR TRANSPORT, RUBEZH PLUS

The pre-sowing cultivator RUBEZH is intended for continuous tillage (cultivation) to a depth of 12 cm. 180 mm wide center hoes create a finely crumbly structure during their operation. The arrangement of hoes with an overlap of 30 mm provides 100% cutting of weeds and forms an even sowing table. The S-shaped tine is spring-loaded and protects the frame structure when hitting an obstacle, the vibration of the spring-loaded stand improves weeds combing and soil crumbling. The multi-row arrangement of tines (5 rows) provides free passage of plant debris that does not accumulate between tines.

The cultivator frames are pivotally interconnected; each frame has the ability to copy the soil topography during operation, thereby ensuring a constant depth of processing and leveling the surface of the field.

The frame stabilization system provides a stable working depth for all hoes, which does not depend on the initial field irregularities. Tandem rollers with a single-row spring harrow produce reverse compaction of the soil, break lumps, and level the soil surface, and the harrow combs the trimmed weeds to the surface and finally levels the soil, destroying the capillaries, which reduces moisture evaporation.
