PRE-SOWING COMBINED CULTIVATOR MALAHIT

The wide-cut combined pre-sowing complex Malahit is intended for loosening, cutting weeds, to a depth of 12 cm, and soil leveling. The large working width and high tillage speed guarantee maximum productivity and can significantly save the time required to comply with the agrotechnical deadlines. The complex can be completed with one of two options of sections, two-row or four-row.

Double row:

The center hoe of 270 mm width is arranged in two rows, which guarantees the seedbed cultivation in a single pass. A stand tine of 52 cm protects the hoe from damage against obstacles. Overlap 50 mm.

Four-row:

Four rows of spring S-shaped tines with a hoe width of 195 mm guarantee high-quality cultivation of fields in the spring. The absence of a vertical angle of attack reduces the load on the tractor and allows one to save wet soil layers, which positively affects the quality and speed of seedlings. Overlap 60 mm.

Good reverse compacting and final crumbling of hard soil lumps is achieved with heavy ring rollers. The rings in the roller are interlinked in such a way that their twisting is excluded. Scrapers provide continuous cleaning of the roller from clogging.
