Carbamide (urea) are white or slightly colored granules obtained from ammonia and carbon dioxide
APPLICATION: It is applied in agriculture as a fertilizer. Compared with other nitrogen fertilizers, urea contains the largest amount of nitrogen (46.2%), which mainly determines the economic feasibility of its use as a fertilizer for numerous crops on any soil, as well as a fodder additive to ruminant animals. It can also be used in industry for the production of melamine, cyanuric acid, urea-formaldehyde resins, medicines; as a component of cosmetic preparations.
