Hereford is one of the leading ones among beef cattle breeds. Hereford cattle are of dark red color, but a head, withers, breasts, belly, lower limbs, and tail brush are white. The body is barrel-shaped, squat, wide, deep, with a strongly protruding dewlap. The chest is wide and deep. The loin and back are short and wide. Legs are strong and firm. The calving goes easy with almost zero waste.
